How do I book Penny Palace or Crystal Palace?

How will I receive check-in instructions?

Detailed arrival information and property access instructions will be sent to you before your stay after all required reservation steps have been completed.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Your confirmed check-in and check-out times will be included with your reservation and pre-arrival instructions.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Sometimes, depending on the reservation schedule and housekeeping needs. Please contact us before your stay if you would like to request one. Early arrival or late departure is not guaranteed unless confirmed.

Pets

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Both Penny Palace and Crystal Palace are pet-friendly, and an applicable pet fee applies.   Please include your pet(s) in the reservation and review the property-specific pet rules before booking.  Guests traveling with pets should include them in the reservation and follow all applicable property rules.
